About The Opportunity
Reporting to our Academic Director, you are responsible for the following duties:
1) Oversee the design of the organisation’s secondary school Physics curriculum (O Level/ Integrated Programme)
2) Conceptualise and develop targeted practices for our students by selecting questions based on given parameters.
3) Exercise database hygiene by curating & tidying questions in our database, so they’re all good to be used in our publications.
4) Assist in the development of new educational products to help students learn faster, easier & more effectively
5) Assist in the vetting process to make sure the materials published comply with the organisation’s internal guidelines
6) Identify potential areas of improvement in the curriculum & work together with the teaching team to improve on them

What Does It Take To Be A Specialist?
Strong Background in Secondary School Physics: You should have a strong understanding in O Level and/or IP Physics. Candidates who have taught Physics OR have developed material are favoured.
Intense Passion For Education & Learning: You should ideally have an unwavering commitment towards delivering an amazing learning experience for our students. Although this is a back-end role, your work will matter, as it’ll be used to help thousands of students in our community learn faster & better.
Strong Perseverance: You must be committed to mastery and be willing to put in the hard work to learn as much as possible. It’s common to expect putting in extra hours during the training phase to get your fundamentals right. Trust me, it’ll pay off eventually.
Full Commitment To Your Deliverables: Once we have set our milestones together with you, we expect you to stick to them & deliver them faithfully and conscientiously.

Competitive Remuneration: For entry-level team members, you can expect to draw a salary between S$3,000 to S$4,200 a month within the first year of employment. Team members who have proven to be capable were able to earn their promotion to Senior Curriculum Design Specialist within 2 years and also achieved performance bonuses of 3 months and more. We also cover your CPF when you join our team.
