Do you have a knack for office administrative work? Is ‘conscientiousness’ part of your DNA? Wouldn't it be nice to work in a fun-filled, appreciative environment where you enjoy helping your colleagues out?

Come join our team and leverage on your strengths to make an impact in the education space together!

[About Our Team]

At The Pique Lab, we’re on a mission to create the best Math & Science learning experience for students aged 9 to 16 in Singapore. Our lessons are meticulously crafted based on pedagogical research, data-driven methodologies & have one overarching goal: to make learning fun, shorten learning curves & help students develop a genuine appreciation for Math & Science.

Over the past decade, we've grown from a pair of co-founders to a diverse team of over 104 team members across 10 departments. Our proprietary learning methodology & examination-centric materials have helped more than 20,000 students ace their examinations.

Our headquarters is in Singapore, with remote teams in China, India, Malaysia & Philippines. We take pride in our open, fast-paced & flat organisational structure where every team member is valued for their skills & competencies, not just their job titles.

We’re on the look out for our next administrative professional who enjoys supporting other team members and is unafraid of learning new things. Extra brownie points if you are someone who is meticulous and can multi-task like a pro!

If you like the prospects of working in a close-knit team, leveraging tech to work hyper-efficiently while tackling challenges head-on, we’d love to talk to you about joining the team!

[Your Role]

As an Administration Executive, your mission is to ensure that our backend operations are strongly supported, so that we can provide the best service to our students and parents.

You’re the behind-the-scenes, selfless magician who is always making things better and more convenient for our team members, which everyone is thankful for.

Being successful in your role means that our students and parents are so impressed by our customer experience that they tell their family & friends all about us!

Here’s what a typical workday will look like for you:

  • Perform essential order fulfilment workflows: Your role is to set our students up for a delightful learning experience with us by sending our learning materials to them in time! This includes packing parcels (which can contain exciting gifts for special occasions such as the Chinese New Year and Children’s Day), generating shipping labels and liaising with our team of external delivery personnel.
  • Assist in performing various school administration tasks: You’ll be assisting our Customer Care Team with collecting fee payments and updating class schedules, to ensure that our students and parents enjoy a seamless registration process with us.
  • Monitor the organisation’s inventory levels and replenish supplies before they run out: Being great at what you do means that you can make things run like clockwork & help our team members play their part in creating more delightful experiences for more students and parents.
  • Assist with other assigned ad-hoc tasks: Being an all-rounded team player is exciting to you as you thrive on versatility and want to seize every opportunity to make a meaningful impact where possible!

and other growth opportunities if you’re up for it!
