Our team of over 70 members spanning across 3 countries (Singapore, Philippines and China) operates in an open, fast-paced, flat environment where every team member is known for their competencies & skills, rather than their job titles.

 

[The Role]

Your mission is to use the power of words to inspire and motivate prospective customers and employees to be part of our community.

 

As part of a multi-disciplinary team under the Strategy Office, you'll specialise in these functions:

 

+ Content Marketing: You'll assist in the execution of the organisation's content marketing strategy by developing creative campaigns with videos and articles to drive traffic and engagement.

 

+ Copywriting: You'll strategise creative angles, write and optimise copy for email, websites and social media accounts based on various objectives.

 

+ Marketing Funnel Design: Conceptualise & develop marketing funnels to segment audience and nurture leads.

 

+ Employer Branding: You'll help to develop the employer's value proposition, develop different media to tell the company's story so that we are able to attract the best talent to join our team.

 

+ Culture Development: You’ll research and propose creative strategies of improving the company’s culture and make the team feel engaged at work.

As a stretch goal, you may get the opportunity to groom and lead a team under you within 6 to 12 months, once we unlock certain growth targets together.

Required:

Personality

  • Proactive, Analytical & Organised: You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and analyse deeply and make sound recommendations. Besides, you need to be one who cares about systemising work processes effectively with well-written documentation.
  • Strong Attention To Detail: You need to be highly meticulous and always have a habit of checking your work before submitting.

Education & Skills

  • Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills: You should be able to communicate effectively with different stakeholders in written & spoken English, which includes managing their expectations.
  • Copywriting Experience: You need to have a knack for writing witty headlines and make messages sound exciting (… including knowing how to appeal to your readers emotionally.)

 

Extra Good To Have:

  • Relevant Working Experience: We'd love to meet you if you've some prior experience in social media management, content marketing or copywriting. If you’ve an eye for identifying what content works well on social media (not just clickbait headlines!) or growing an online community, that’s a huge plus!
  • Leadership Experience: We’re expecting our Marketing Team to expand within the next 6 to 12 months. If you’ve prior experience grooming new team members, that’s a huge plus!
  • Experience Working In A Hyper-growth Start-up Environment: Things can change pretty rapidly in a start-up environment (for better or worse), so we’ll need someone who’s able to adapt quickly & think on their feet.
