[Your Role]
Reporting to the Strategy Team, you’ll be a key team player supporting our students, parents, and team members with your expertise in educational and organisational psychology.
Primary Portfolio: Educational Psychology (70% Of Your Time)
You’ll play a key role in fostering a supportive learning environment where students are empowered to reach their full potential, while also offering guidance to parents to help them actively support their child's growth and success.
- Establish best practices in pedagogical design & educator training for student success: You’ll design and implement training interventions like emotional regulation and behaviour management to enhance our students' social communication and in-class engagement.
Additionally, you will collaborate with our educators to integrate psychological strategies into their teaching practices, offering them ongoing consultations and regular training on classroom management and student engagement techniques tailored to diverse student needs.
- Spearhead more parent collaboration opportunities: At The Pique Lab, we believe in helping not just our students discover their potential, but also empowering our parents with the tools and knowledge they need to support their children’s growth and success every step of the way.
You will be involved in offering actionable insights to our parent community through consultations and workshops to help them better foster resilience and positive behaviour, supporting their children’s psychological and emotional well-being.
- Provide psychological insights to elevate our customer experience: We believe that the heart of a strong customer-brand relationship lies in delivering exceptional experiences always—whether in the classrooms or at every touchpoint with us.
With your experience working with parents and students, you will be a consultant to our Customer Care Team, offering guidance to help de-escalate challenging situations involving students or parents. You will also be working with the team to develop training programmes to incorporate the best practices of managing parent and student relationships so that we can better refine our service experiences.
Secondary Portfolio: Organisation Psychology (30% Of Your Time)

- Act as a supporting partner for wellness-related initiatives for our team members: As our Wellness Advocate, you will be involved in providing psychological insights and recommendations enhancing employee well-being and fostering a positive workplace culture for the Senior Leadership Team.

Required
- Possess relevant education & professional certifications:
- Minimum Master’s Degree in Psychology from a reputable university.
- Registered psychologist with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS) or eligible for registration within the next 12 months.
- Prior clinical experience working with children and parents with a proven track record in providing meaningful interventions.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills to engage and collaborate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, establishing strong working relationships with them.
- Strong organisation and time management skills to manage resources and project deadlines effectively.

[Your Work Information]
- This is a full-time position, which requires you to work onsite at our office, given the nature of your work.
- Office Location: 1 Selegie Rd, #07-01 GR.iD Mall, Singapore 188306 (Near DT21: Bencoolen MRT; CC1/NE6/NS24: Dhoby Ghaut MRT)
- Work Days: 5-day Work Week, 40-Hour Workweek: Monday to Friday, 10AM to 7PM (includes 1-hour meal break daily)
