[The Role]
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Partner to support our Director of Growth from the Senior Leadership team.

As an Executive Assistant, you will be working in a fast-paced start-up environment, where you’ll provide full spectrum of secretarial and business support to the Director. You’re a pro at multi-tasking, extremely resourceful and is capable of sending positive vibes to your co-workers. You’re a master at keeping confidential matters hush-hush (not for snitches!) and are confident interacting with different stakeholders.

[Responsibilities]
- Serve as an administrative partner for meetings: Prepare for meetings, write meeting minutes and follow up with the respective stakeholders on their deliverables.
- Assist in office administration matters including asset management, procurement and office organisation.
- Assist in facilities management matters: Liaise with contractors on renovation, repair and maintenance work.
- Draft and review written correspondences across a myriad of channels (email, telegram, proposals), while ensuring compliance with the organisation’s publishing guidelines.
- Analyse business processes, design sound protocols and develop comprehensive documentation to facilitate business continuity planning.
- Assist in the execution of employee engagement initiatives and talent acquisition campaigns.

Education
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a top university
