[What You'll Be Working On]
As our Guest Relations Officer, you will be providing support to ensure a smooth and pleasant campus experience for our students and parents.
- Welcome students and parents from designated posts within the building and direct them to our campus.
- Assist in guiding students from our campus to the common toilets during scheduled classes.
- Assist with any enquiries from students and parents, and escalate them to onsite team members when necessary.
- Assist in incident management when necessary.
- Assist in any other ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the smooth operations of the campus (e.g. purchasing food for the staff and yourself during the weekends, shredding paper, etc.).

- Proactive and professional to ensure high service standards to students and parents
- Good physical stamina and health to carry out assigned duties effectively
- Good communication skills to follow instructions and report issues to managing staff
- Strong ability to work independently and collaborate with other staff members

- Office Location: 1 Selegie Road, #07-01, GR.iD, Singapore 188306 (Nearest MRT: DT21: Bencoolen MRT & CC1/NE6/NS24: Dhoby Ghaut MRT)
- Attire: Company Uniform
- Working Arrangement: You’ll be required to work on-site to support our campus operations
- Available Shifts:
- Weekday Shift: Tuesday to Friday: 4PM to 9.30PM (5.5 hours x 4 days)
- Weekend Shift: Saturday to Sunday: 8AM to 7PM (10 hours x 2 days)
