[What You'll Be Protecting]
As our Security Officer, you are required to implement safety and security policies to ensure that our students, parents and staff enjoy a safe and pleasant campus experience.
- Welcome students and parents from designated post within the building and direct them to our campus.
- Conduct crowd control at the designated post during periods with high footfall traffic (i.e. before and after scheduled classes) and during emergencies.
- Assist in guiding students from our campus to the common toilets during scheduled classes.
- Monitor CCTV cameras regularly.
- Operate the security systems and fire control system on the campus premises.
- Assist with any enquiries from students and parents, and escalate them to onsite team members when necessary.
- Assist in incident management when necessary.
- Respond to emergencies as a member of CERT/Certified First Aider.
- Report to Facilities Management Team all campus property deficiencies and safety or security hazards.
- Recommend and carry out feasible improvements to maximise the safety and security of our campus.
- Assist in any other ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the smooth operations of the campus (e.g. purchasing food for the staff and yourself during the weekends, shredding paper, etc.).
[Role Requirements]
- A minimum qualification in GCE O levels
- Relevant work experience in security related roles
- Possess a valid security officer licence
- Possess a valid First Aid Certification recognised in Singapore
- Proactive and professional to ensure high service standards to students and parents
- Strong ability to remain calm and alert at all times to ensure the safety of our students and staff onsite
- Good physical stamina and health to carry out assigned duties effectively
- Good understanding of fire/work place safety procedures guided by the campus’ emergency/evacuation plan in the event of fire outbreaks or any other emergencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to develop good working relationships with staff, students and parents

- Working Arrangement: You’ll be required to work on-site to support our campus operations
- Available Shifts:
- Weekday Shift: Tuesday to Friday: 4PM to 9.30PM (5.5 hours x 4 days)
- Weekend Shift: Saturday to Sunday: 8AM to 7PM (10 hours x 2 days)
*Part timers who are willing to take up both shifts will be considered and prioritised for full-time, permanent roles.
